About the cottage

This lovely self catering holiday cottage is ideal for families and has a unique design of having the sleeping arrangements on the ground floor.

The entrance takes you into a small porch area with shoe rack and coat hooks. This then leads straight into the downstairs hallway and to the 3 bedrooms (a double, a twin and a single room), a showeroom and separate toilet with wash hand basin. Under the stairs is a small cupboard with washing machine.

The lounge and kitchen are on the first floor, giving a light and airy feel with panoramic views. A real treat for those who like to relax on holiday with a good book, plenty of natural light.

The lounge maintains it’s traditional Cornish character with high vaulted ceiling and open beams. There is both a 2 and 3 seater leather sofa plus an extra chair.

WiFi available and smart TV in the lounge (note you must log into your own streaming accounts like netflix, prime or now tv).

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for a self catering stay. In the kitchen is also a dining table with bench style seating.

For your convenience all beds are made up on arrival.

At the front of the property there is also a communal sunny courtyard shared with our 2 other cottages with picnic bench and rotary line.
